1. Description of the service
BALISTIQON is a web and mobile SaaS platform for chronograph records, ballistic data, projectile statistics, equipment profiles, target photos, imports and synchronized measurement sessions. It may be used for sport shooting, airguns, airsoft, paintball and other lawful projectile-speed measurement workflows.
2. Eligibility and minimum age
You may use BALISTIQON only if you are legally allowed to enter into these terms and to use the service in your jurisdiction. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and must not use the service if local rules prohibit your activity.
3. User account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Account and billing information must be accurate and kept up to date.
4. User responsibility
BALISTIQON helps you measure, record and understand your data. The interpretation and safe use of that data remain your responsibility. You are solely responsible for safe handling, lawful activity and compliance with all applicable rules.
5. Compliance with local laws
You are responsible for complying with local, national and international laws that apply to your equipment, projectiles, activities, storage, transport, range use and data sharing. BALISTIQON does not provide legal or safety advice.
6. No weapon or ammunition sales
BALISTIQON is software only. We do not sell weapons, ammunition, regulated components, firearms, airguns, projectiles or accessories. We do not broker, ship, transfer, finance or facilitate weapon or ammunition transactions.
7. User content and uploaded photos
You retain responsibility for data, photos, imports, notes and other content you upload. You must not upload unlawful content or content that infringes rights, violates privacy, harasses others or exposes sensitive information without authorization.
8. Measurement data and calculations
BALISTIQON may calculate or display projectile velocity, muzzle energy, consistency, deviation and other ballistic or chronograph-related values. These outputs are informational only. They are not safety instructions, legal advice, load recommendations or proof that any equipment, projectile or activity is safe or lawful. The user is solely responsible for safe handling, lawful use and compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.
9. Prohibited use
You must not use BALISTIQON to sell weapons, ammunition or regulated components, bypass laws, conduct illegal activity, upload unlawful content, harass others, disrupt the service, abuse automation, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse engineer the service outside the limits allowed by law.
10. Subscriptions and billing
Paid Pro subscriptions unlock additional functionality such as higher limits, advanced statistics, target photos, imports, exports and synchronization. Subscription terms, renewal frequency, taxes and final checkout price are shown before payment. Payments may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
11. Refunds
Refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy. Where Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Paddle according to its transaction handling timelines and applicable law.
12. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, security work or product changes may temporarily limit access.
13. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account is used for unlawful activity, abuse, payment fraud, security threats, prohibited content or material violations of these terms.
14. Data export and deletion
You may request export or deletion of your account data through the contact details on the Contact page. Some billing, security or legal records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BALISTIQON is provided without guarantees that the data, calculations or service outputs are error-free or suitable for a specific purpose. We are not liable for unsafe handling, unlawful use, equipment decisions or third-party actions based on user interpretation of the data.
16. Changes to the service and terms
We may change the service, pricing, features or these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

18. Age and paid services
