1. Controller
The controller for BALISTIQON user data is the operator listed on the Contact page. Privacy and legal requests can be sent to privacy@balistiqon.com.
2. Data we collect
We may process account data, billing data, equipment profiles, projectile data, measurement sessions, shot or projectile event data, velocity and energy statistics, target or group photos uploaded by the user, imported chronograph files, synchronization metadata, Android app diagnostics, technical logs, IP address, browser and device information, support communication and optional community or shared data if you publish it.
3. Why we process data
We process data to provide the platform, authenticate users, synchronize web and Android app data, store measurements, calculate statistics, manage subscriptions, process support requests, secure the service, prevent abuse, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases may include performance of contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation and consent where applicable. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn where the law allows it.
5. Payments and Paddle
Payments, invoices, taxes, subscription status and refund handling may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We do not store full payment card numbers. Paddle may provide transaction identifiers, customer identifiers, billing country and subscription metadata needed to operate paid features.
6. Hosting and service providers
BALISTIQON may use hosting, authentication, email, payment, analytics, monitoring, backup and support providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to BALISTIQON.
7. Data retention
We keep account, measurement and application data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some records may be retained longer for security, billing, dispute resolution, backups or legal obligations.
8. User rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Data export and deletion
You may request export or deletion of your account and related data. Deletion may not immediately remove backup copies, billing records, security logs or records we must retain by law.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
11. Children
BALISTIQON is not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law. Users must be legally allowed to use the service and the relevant equipment or activity in their jurisdiction.

BALISTIQON does not sell users’ personal data, does not use user data to sell weapons or ammunition, is not a weapons or ammunition marketplace, and processes ballistic and chronograph data only for platform functionality.
13. Age and terms confirmation records
We record the date and time of minimum-age confirmation, the confirmed minimum age, the age-condition version, and the date, time and version of terms acceptance. We do not request a date or year of birth, national identification number, an identity-document copy or photograph, or biometric data.
